“I've lived here since summer 2015 and couldn't be happier. My apartment is beautiful with an amazing, vintage-looking bathroom and well-appointed kitchen. There are only two closets (front hall and bedroom) but I'm finding I can fit everything I really need. The staff are wonderful, always respond to email and are friendly and helpful whenever I stop by the office. They offer package service, which is a huge improvement over my last complex. They offered to install two ceiling fans for me at no extra charge. Even though I'm on the first floor, it's EXTREMELY quiet. The only thing I hear that is even remotely loud is the occasional loud car going past on W. Abingdon Drive--not an issue just an FYI. The complex is charming, quiet, clean and an amazing value for Old Town. It's also an easy drive (all things considered) to my office in Dupont Circle. Free parking is available but limited. However, so far I haven't had any trouble getting a spot. Moving in was a little tough since there is no loading dock area but in the end, my move went fine. Not a complaint just an FYI to anyone looking. I love being able to walk to Rustico and Buzz. I'm thrilled I chose Mason Hall and almost wish I'd moved here sooner.”
